Hot Toddy

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • 2 tablespoons Rockford Whisky
  • 1 tablespoon mild honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup boiling-hot water

DIRECTIONS:
Put Rockford Whisky, honey, and lemon juice in a mug. Top off with hot water and stir until honey is dissolved.

Manhattan

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • 1 oz Rockford whiskey
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes bitters
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 splash club soda

DIRECTIONS:
Pour the whiskey, sweet vermouth, bitters and sugar into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Stir well. Top with club soda, & stir again. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Homecoming Hero

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • 1 part Rockford Whisky
  • 4 parts quality ginger ale
  • 1 lime wedge

DIRECTIONS:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour Rockford over ice. Fill with ginger ale. Stir briefly. Squeeze lime wedge and drop into glass.

Sour

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • 1⁄2 oz. Rockford Whisky
  • 3⁄4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 3⁄4 oz. Simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
  • Cherry
  • 1 Lime wedge

DIRECTIONS:
Shake the whiskey, juice, and sugar well with cracked ice, then pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon wedge.

Sazerac Drink

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 20 ml Rockford whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • Lemon peel strip

DIRECTIONS:
Fill a tumbler with ice cubes. Mix the sugar syrup, bitters and whiskey until well blended. Empty the ice out of the glass, swirl the anise around, and drain off any excess. Pour in the whiskey mix. Rub the strip of lemon peel along the rim, then add to the glass. Serve and Enjoy.

Twisted Whisky Sour

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • 45ml Rockford Whisky
  • 30ml Orange Juice
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2/3 drops of Aromatic Bitter
  • Ice Cubes

DIRECTIONS:
Take a mixing tin filled 3/4th with ice, add Rockford Whisky, lime juice, sugar syrup, orange juice, bitters. Shake well. Serve in glass. Garnish it with a slice of orange or a cherry. Cheers!

Orange Zinger

Ingredients
Makes 1 servings

  • 60 ml Rockford Whisky
  • 2tsp Orange marmalade
  • 1 inch finely grated Ginger
  • Splash of Soda
  • Ice Cubes
  • Orange slice to garnish

DIRECTIONS:
Add the Rockford Whisky, orange marmalade and grated ginger to a shaker full of ice. Shake well to mix, Strain into the ice-filled glass. Add a splash of soda(do not top up). Garnish with orange slice and serve.
