Fill a glass with ice. Pour Rockford over ice. Fill with ginger ale. Stir briefly. Squeeze lime wedge and drop into glass.
Shake the whiskey, juice, and sugar well with cracked ice, then pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon wedge.
Add the Rockford Whisky, orange marmalade and grated ginger to a shaker full of ice. Shake well to mix, Strain into the ice-filled glass. Add a splash of soda (do not top up). Garnish with orange slice and serve.
